Our Putnam Service Project (PSP) provides critical and emergency home repairs to low-income homeowners in Putnam County. Included in the PSP is our handicapped ramp program which works with Tim Campbell’s Church of Palatka group (COP) whereby we supply the materials and COP provides the labor.
PSP is most effective when the homeowner does not qualify for the USDA 504 program or the State Housing Initiatives Program (SHIP) or when the homeowner is experiencing a critical or emergency situation which requires immediate action. The USDA and SHIP programs can take 60-90 days from qualification to completion of work.

When Hurricane Irma struck Putnam County on November 11, 2017, many homes were damaged. Many homeowners didn't have insurance, or very high deductibles, higher than the damages. As the go to repair agency in Putnam, the calls began pouring in from homeowners in desperate need of roof, septic and electrical damages. Through grants received from United Way of Northeast Florida, Putnam United Way, and Publix Charities, we could help those in the most desperate need.
